Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we will meet with you either at our showroom/office or at your site to better understand your needs and your vision. After our initial meeting, we will put together a proposal based on our discussions and meet again to discuss details. We look forward to listening carefully to your ideas and working with you to create an all new entertainment experience!
Do you provide follow-up service?
Yes, we provide all levels of service from replacing batteries in your remote to servicing a broken flat panel or speaker.
What are the steps taken from start to finish?
The process is broken down into 3 phases.
- Initial meeting
- Pre-wire
- Installation
It's that simple!
Do you need someone here at all times throughout the entire process?
During the construction phase, no one needs to be there. We will perform a walk-thru to locate all equipment before we begin the pre-wire. During the trim phase or final install, no one needs to be present if we have a way of getting into your home. After the installation is complete, we familiarize you and your family with the whole system. We want you to love your system, so we answer all your questions and address your concerns at this time.
How long before our system will be up and running?
The time from start to finish for any project depends on many variables. After walking through a project, we will give you an approximate time for each phase and work with other contractors as necessary to complete the project in a timely manner.
Can I change or add to our plan during the construction process?
Yes, you may change or add components at anytime. Some additions or changes may cause timelines to change and construction schedules to be modified. Please take this into account if you have a specific deadline.
